Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are print-on-demand and processed by our manufacturing partner. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8
- Express Shipping: $15
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more (within the continental US)
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's arrival in real time.
Delays
While we strive to ship on time, occasionally delays happen due to manufacturing, weather, or carrier issues. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers. In the rare event of a significant delay, contact us at erika@poweredbyerika.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address and reship at no additional cost (if the issue was not your fault).
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. We ship to select countries; available options appear at checkout.
